Learn more about natural remedies for TMJ symptoms and pain on my website here:
The TMJ (temporomandibular joint) connects your jaw to the temporal bone of your skull.
About 6 to 12 percent of the adult population in the U.S. (roughly 10 million people) experience some sort of TMJ symptoms regularly. This condition is also sometimes called “lock jaw.” The most common symptoms of TMJ dysfunction include limitations and deviations in the jaw’s normal range of motion, pain and difficulty sleeping.
In this video, I talk about finding natural relief from TMJ by practicing jaw exercises, eating foods that lower inflammation and using natural essential oils for both pain management and lowering stress.
