NAD Booster Companion

NAD Booster Companion

In the video I talk about two possible concerns when taking NAD boosters like NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) or NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) or NAD intravenously and how to counteract them.

One of the possible concerns is methyl group donor depletion. To conteract this naturally I present you with the NAD booster companion: Fermented Red Beet Juice. I talk about the numerous advantages of taking it.

Fermented Red Beet Juice Recipe (kvass)

Red beets
Black pepper
Bay leaves

Get small red beets and one larger one. Wash them and leave them in cold water for a few hours. Ozonate them for 10 minutes if you have an ozone generator. Cut the ends off the beets but keep the peel. Cut all the small beets into inch sized cubes and the large one into large slices. Start filling a glass jar with the cubes then make a layer of allspice, black pepper, bay leaves, and possibly some ginger. Continue filling and make another spice layer. Fill up to the top and use the slices to create a lid that pushed the cubes down. Take 1 litre of water with 1 tablespoon of salt mixed into it and pour it over the beets in the jar up to the top. Close the jar without tightening it and keep it on a plate, as juice will come out. Let ferment for 5 days and remove any foam that may form at the top. Remove the juice from the beets and keep it in the fridge. Start by taking a smaller amount of the juice as it is a probotic and you may have to adapt to it.
