What You’ll Need

* 1 cup grapes
* 2 apples
* 1 lemon

* Juicer
* Knife
* Cutting board
* Pitcher
* Shaker

How to Make Anti-Aging Apple Juice

1. Turn on the juicer and place the pitcher under the spigot. Cut the apples in half vertically, then three of the halves in half again vertically. Set the other apple half aside. Cut the lemon in half horizontally. This way, the fruit will fit into the mouth of the juicer.2. Place the lemon into the mouth of the juicer and press it down using the juicer’s pusher. Do the same with the apple quarters. Add the grapes. Then add the other half of the apple, in order to help push the grapes through. Grapes don’t yield a high water/juice content, so pushing them through is a way to make sure you don’t waste any of the juice.3. Turn off the juicer and tilt it a bit over the pitcher, in order to get all of the juice. Because you’ve kept the fruit’s skin on, the juice will be cloudier, but this way, you’ll get the added nutrients from the skin. If you like your juice frothy, you should drink it immediately. If you don’t like it that way, use a shaker to shake it over some ice and strain it, which will get rid of the frothiness. Kristina recommends drinking it within 20 minutes of juicing. That way, your body will absorb the live enzymes immediately. But if you must save it, store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator. Make sure to enjoy it within 24 hours.
